Darrin Lindsay

Darrin Lindsay has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry and a diverse background in construction projects including water and wastewater plants, pipelines, solar and commercial construction.

Darrin traveled the SE United States building water/wastewater plants and pipeline projects as a project manager. He has also estimated countless water/wastewater and pipeline projects as a concrete, mechanical, earthwork and commercial construction estimator.

Darrin was also a project manager and director of pre-construction for a large commercial solar company building solar carports, rooftop solar and solar farms. Darrin was also responsible for overseeing the design of all new solar projects.

Darrin has also project managed numerous commercial building projects including large scale renovations and amenities.

Darrin earned his B.S. in Building Construction Management from the University of North Florida and is a LEED BD+C Accredited Professional.

Mark Hodges

Mark Hodges is a Certified Building Contractor (CBC) with construction project management experience in commercial solar, state parks, and water treatment. Project management experience includes pre-construction phase design development and permitting, site investigation, solicitation and evaluation, procurement and subcontracting, technical submittal review, sequencing and scheduling, and installation oversight.

Commercial solar experience includes management of over thirty projects totaling 17 MW and $33M, and supervisory management of dozens more.

State park experience includes seawalls, campground facilities, roads, and trails. Water treatment experience includes intake and pump stations, lift stations, and water and wastewater treatment plants.

Recent pre-construction work includes commercial business, institutional, and energy plant projects. Mark earned his BS in Construction Management from the University of Florida in 2007 and has been certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute.
